Bill Dwyer, Warren Police Commissioner

Bill has been a long-time member of our club.
He was a Detroit police officer for 23 years, then Officer and Chief in Farmington Hills for 23 years.
Now in Warren he has served twice.
Bill was our best recruiter and will tell how to get people involved in the club.
He will also talk about police body cameras, “defund the police” and the challenges of the lunatic fringe in our society.
